Everytime a user responds to a bot, its counted as a chat. If the user does not interact with the chat then it is not counted as a chat and is not billed.

Are there any long term contracts?
Our standard plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at anytime from our portal. We do offer annual plans at a discounted price.
